Add new competencies to the competency framework

How to add new competencies

You can always add new competencies in the competency framework. To do so:

Go to Workforce & frameworks > Competency framework
Click on the button [+]
Select the method to add new competencies
- Add competency will let you manually create the new competencies one by one
- Import framework will let you import a framework.
  The new imported file must contain either:
  - only the new competencies to add
  - the new competencies to add + the initial competencies. Please note that those initial competencies must keep the same name. If you want to modify the name of the initial competencies, you should do that directly on Albert.
