








Set up the project
Only project leaders can modify the settings of the project.
To modify the settings, go to Project settings > General settings.

Change the time granularity of the project
At any time you can change the time granularity of a project and switch from an annual granularity to a quarterly or monthly one (the other way around is also possible).
In the general settings, select the desired time granularity.
Don't forget to click on Save.

Manage project members authorizations
As a project leader, you can decide wether:
Business project members can modify employee general information (e.g. company leaving date)
Business project members can modify employee position information (e.g. job entity)
Business project members can modify employee competencies
when they look at the workforce database.
And if HR project members and Business project members can edit the competency framework.
To authorize, check the option in the settings.

Hide sensitive data
For confidentiality reasons, you can hide some indivividual data in the workforce database. Those data will still be used in the analysis but no one will be able to see those sensitive data individually including you as a project leader.
You can hide:
the dates of birth
the employee names
the cost per person
Don't forget to click on Save.
This action is not irreversible, you still can go back to the settings to deselect this option.

Correlate FTE and headcount needs
If you work with FTEs, you have the possibility to correlate FTE needs with headcount needs.
Select the counting method. To be able to correlate the needs, you need to choose FTE & Headcount
Select Correlate FTE needs with headcount needs
In the new box that appears choose the counting method that should rule the other one (i.e., are you going to fill the needs in headcount or in FTE ?)
Chose how the calculate the correlated needs:
Either maintain the current HC/FTE ratio over time
Or apply the same variation (+/-) in both modes

Natural leaving settings
If you have differentiated natural leaving rates based on age and seniority criteria, don't hesitate to modify the age groups and seniority groups in the general settings to better represent the reality of you organization.

Competency settings
In this part of the global settings, you can:
Modify the competency scale. You can go from 2 to 6 levels.
Differentiate targeted competency level per scenario

Analysis settings
To better represent the population of your organization, you can change the age groups for the analysis.

Change the currency
If you use the costs in the project, you can change the currency by selecting the right one in the dropdown menu.

Chart colors
If you want the charts in the analysis to respect your organization's graphic charter, you can modify the colors in the settings.
