





Time granularity
At any time you can change the time granularity of a project and switch from an annual granularity to a quarterly or monthly one (the other way around is also possible).
In the general settings, select the desired time granularity.
Don't forget to click on Save.

Counting method
If you've added the FTEs in the project, you can decide wether you want to get the analyses and assess the workforce needs only in FTE or in both FTE and Headcount.
Here, select the counting method that suits you.
If you decide to work with both counting methods, you'll have the possibility to activate / deactivate the correlation between the two modes later on in the settings.

Manage project members authorizations
As a project leader, you can decide wether:
Business project members can modify employee general information (e.g. company leaving date)
Business project members can modify employee position information (e.g. job entity)
Business project members can modify employee skills
These features above can be completely deactivated for your environment and not only the project : ask someone from the Albert team to do so.
HR project members and Business project members can edit the skill framework.
To authorize, check the option in the settings.

Confidentiality
For confidentiality reasons, you can hide some indivividual data in the workforce database. Those data will still be used in the analysis but no one will be able to see those sensitive data individually including you as a project leader.
You can hide:
the dates of birth
the employee names
the cost per person
You can also hide the dates of birth and / or gender specifically for business project members and viewers
Don't forget to click on Save.
This action is not irreversible, you still can go back to the settings to deselect this option.

Natural leaving settings
If you have differentiated natural leaving rates based on age and seniority criteria, don't hesitate to modify the age groups and seniority groups in the general settings to better represent the reality of you organization.
