



Assess individual skills
Here's how to assess the skills of your teams within the workforce database:

Go to the Workforce database (Workforce & Frameworks > Workforce database)

Click on the line of the employee you wish to evaluate
You can search for specific employees by filtering the database.

When the employee card opens, in the categories "Position info" for the current position or for the future positions, click on the "Edit" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the zone.
Assess the required skills for the current position. You can modify the assessments made on these skills by clicking on the level. Select the correct level from the drop-down menu. Some of these skills have not yet been assessed and are marked with a"? In the same way, click on the "?" and select the correct level from the drop-down menu. Remember to save.

You can also add and evaluate additional skills for your employees, i.e. skills that are not required.
To do this, in the "Additional skills" category, click "Edit". Click on "Additional skills" and use the drop-down menu with the list of skills to choose the skill, set a level, then click on "Save".
