Business drivers: Add a new entity in a group of entities already impacted by a rule

When a rule for a group of entities exists, keep in mind that if you need to add a new entity to this group, the rule won't automatically apply to this new entity.

Example:

I created a rule "Impact in Japan" for the group of entities "Japan", concerning all the cities in Japan in the project, which are Tokyo and Kyoto.

I applied a variation between december 2023 and december 2025: +20%.

After the creation of the rule, I add a new city to the group Japan: Osaka.

The rule "Impact in Japan" will still only be applied to Tokyo and Kyoto and not to Osaka.

If I want Osaka to be impacted as well, I need to modify the perimeter of the rule.
