Business drivers: How do you enter driver impacts when the project is in HC and FTE?
When creating a project with both HC and FTE using the business drivers, by default:
the option to correlate impact in FTE with impact in HC is activated for each driver rule
The HC mode will govern the FTE mode (you only need to assess the impacts in the HC mode)
The same +/- variation will be applied in both mode (+2 HC means +2 FTEs)
To change these settings, go to Project settings > General settings and scroll down to the Workforce needs section.
Choose where to activate/deactivate the correlation
If you wish to keep the impacts in FTE correlated with the impacts in HC for most of the rules but to deactivate the correlation for some of them, you can:
Deselect the option when creating a new rule
Or once the rule is created, click on the three dots at the top right of the rule card and
deactivate the Correlation for this rule (if it's a Variation in percentage type of rule)
edit correlation between headcount and FTE impact and select the entities for which you want to correlate/decorrelate HC and FTE impacts (if it's a variation in value type of rule)
