Create a skill driver
Navigate to Business needs > Skill needs.
You will land on the Skill drivers tab, which contains all the skill drivers created within your project.
Creating a Skill driver
To create a new skill driver:
Click the "+" button at the top of the tab
Enter a name for the driver
Associate it with the relevant business scenario(s)
Add a description (optional)
Best Practices
We recommend choosing a clear and descriptive name so that the driver can be easily identified during analysis and scenario simulations.
For example:
Driver: Advanced AI Skills
Associated Scenario: Strat Plan with extensive AI adoption
The description field can also be used to document the assumptions, context, or objectives associated with the driver.
Next Step
Once your driver has been created, the next step is to define the Driver rules.
Driver rules allow you to define the different scopes (jobs, job families, orgas, etc.) to which specific skills and target proficiency levels will be assigned.
