Create skill driver rules and define skill needs
Driver rules are the building blocks of a skill driver.
A driver rule allows you to define a specific organizational scope (jobs, job families, organizational entities, etc.) and associate it with a set of required skills and target proficiency levels.
You can create as many driver rules as needed within a skill driver.
This flexibility allows you to define skill requirements at any level of granularity across the organization.

Create a driver rule
To create a new rule:
Open the relevant Skill driver.
In the Driver rules tab, click the "+" button in the top-left corner.
Define the scope of the rule:
Select the relevant segmentation dimension(s).
Choose the entities to which the rule should apply within the selected segmentation dimensions.
A rule can be defined at any level, from an entire dimension down to its most granular entity.
Click Save.
The rule will then appear in the list of driver rules.
