





Use Excel to fill the workforce needs
To use Excel to fill out the workforce needs, go to Business needs > Workforce needs:
click on the three small dots at the top right of the table
in Actions click on Upload from Excel

Dowload the Excel template
Click on Download the Excel template.
In the instruction window that opens next :
You can choose to fill needs on entities that currently have no headcount. Check the box: Export entities without headcount. This option is unchecked by default.
You can display in your Excel template only the finest levels of segmentation - tick Thinnest segmentation levels only. Or you can display all segmentation levels in your Excel template to facilitate the search for specific entities or groups of entities - tick All segmentation levels.
The granularity of the columns to be filled in the file will be the same as the granularity in the project (month, quarter, year). However, you are not obliged to fill in all the columns.
Then click on Download

Complete the Excel template for workforce needs
The Workforce needs Excel template enables you to enter needs for all entities and for each period (year, quarter, month) of the project.
You can search for specific entities by using the segmentations filters.
Do not change the name of the tab, its structure or the pre-filled labels (entities, scenarios, dates) (any change will not be taken into account during the import on Albert).
You can fill in the needs for each period in the columns following the Starting point column for each scenario of the project.
If an entity's workforce is expected to remain stable, it is not necessary to fill in the workforce need for that entity.
It is possible to fill the cells with formulas.

Import the workforce needs Excel file
To import the Excel file of workforce needs, go to Business Needs > Workforce Needs:
click on the three small dots at the top right of the table
in Actions click on Upload from Excel
In the window that opens, click on Upload to fill in the headcount needs.

Workforce needs are filled
When you return to the workorce needs table (where entities are selected), you will see that the cells turn green as the needs are filled in.
When the cells are green, if the current workforce were to change, this would not impact the needs
