How to activate the correlation between FTE and headcount needs (manual assessment method)

Activate FTE / headcount needs correlation (manual assessment method)

To enable the FTE / Headcount option when the needs assessment method is manual, go to Project Settings > Global Settings.

In the Workforce needs section, check the Correlate FTE needs with headcount needs option.

Once checked, new options for correlation appear on the right:

Choose the mode that should "govern" the other
This is the mode you will use to fill the needs
Choose how to calculate the workforce needs for the "governed" mode
- Maintain the current headcount/FTE ratio over time. Example: If 10 headcount correspond to 5 FTE today, then in the future 20 headcount will correspond to 10 FTE.
- Application of the same +/- variation in both modes. Example: 10 employees correspond to 5 FTE today. If in the future I need 12 headcount (10+2), then I will need 7 FTE (5+2).

Click on Save.
