How to assess workforce needs

To fill in the workforce needs, go to Business needs > Workforce needs

There are two methods to evaluate the workforce requirements:

• the business drivers method: the modeling of the impact of different drivers on the workforce needs

• the manual method: manual evaluation of the workforce needs at the end of each period (month, quarter, year) of the project
