What are the Business needs?
To access the business needs analysis, go to Gap analysis > SWP report and then click on the third tab: Business needs.
This part of the analysis gives you a clear vision on the link between business vision and workforce needs which is quintessential in a SWP process.
Use the dropdowm menus at the top of the page to navigate and get the analysis at any level of the organization. Select the scenario for which you want to know the impacts by opening the dropdown menu for the scenario. If you click on the three dots next to the scenario name, you'll open the description of the scenario. You can also change the projection date using the date dropdown at the top right of the screen.
The business needs tab includes the following charts:
Workforce need variation per driver (if you use the business drivers in the project)
Year-to-year workforce needs
Headcount need breakdown per entity (Job, Geo and/or Orga)
