How to navigate in the demographic forecasts?

The demographic forecasts are the second part of the SWP report.

Go to Gap analysis > SWP report, then go in the second tab: Demographic forecasts.

The demographic forecasts modelize the workforce evolutions and gives insights on the wiggle room that attrition, planned recruitments and mobilities give to organizations.

Use the dropdowm menus at the top of the page to navigate and get the analysis at any level of the organization. You can also change the projection date using the date dropdown at the top right of the screen.

The demographic forecasts tab includes the following charts:

• Demographic forecasts per cause

• Forecasted age distribution

• Year-to-year demographic forecasts

• +50 year-old proportion evolution (modular) and gender distribution evolution

• Forecasted competencies distribution by the end of the project (when applicable)

• Forecasted cluster comparison by the end of the project (when applicable)
