What is the static analysis?
The static analysis is the first part of the SWP report. It's a snapshot of the population in the workforce database as it was the day of the extract from your HRIS.
The static analysis includes the following charts:
Gender and Age distribution
Population distribution per entity (Job, Geo and Orga when applicable)
Current competency distribution (when applicable)
Cluster comparison (when applicable)
