How to navigate in the Workforce gaps tab?

To access the Workforce gaps tab, go to Gap analysis > SWP report and click on the fourth and last tab: Workforce tab.

This tab delivers the diagnosis of workfoce and critical competencies gaps that will develop thoughout the project.

Use the dropdowm menus at the top of the page to navigate and get the analysis at any level of the organization. Select the scenario for which you want to know the impacts by opening the dropdown menu for the scenario. If you click on the three dots next to the scenario name, you'll open the description of the scenario. You can also change the projection date using the date dropdown at the top right of the screen.

The Workforce gaps tab includes the following charts:

• Competency gap synthesis

• Workforce gap per cause

• Year-to-year workforce gap

• Competency gap typology

• Workforce gap breakdown per entity

• Overall gap synthesis per entity
