What are the workforce gaps?
To access the Workforce gaps tab, go to Gap analysis > SWP report and click on the fourth and last tab: Workforce gaps.
This tab delivers the diagnosis of workfoce and critical skill gaps that will develop thoughout the project.
Use the dropdowm menus at the top of the page to navigate and get the analysis at any level of the organization. Select the scenario for which you want to know the impacts by opening the dropdown menu for the scenario. If you click on the three dots next to the scenario name, you'll open the description of the scenario. You can also change the projection date using the date dropdown at the top right of the screen.

Year-to-year workforce gap
Skill gap typology
Workforce gap breakdown per entity
Overall gap synthesis per entity
