

How to read the staffing plan?
To access the staffing plan, go to Action plan > Staffing plan.
The staffing plan helps you get a quick look at how many headcount (or FTE) you still need to hire or let go each year / quarter / month for each entity.
The staffing plan considers both gaps to be closed and natural leaving hypotheses in the project.
That means that the indicated number is how many people you need to hire for one period to fill in the gap and to compensate the possible leaving of existing employees.
Use the dropdown menus to change the levels of the entity that you are looking at (you can have this staffing at any level of the segmentation).
Click on the eye to filter which levels you wish to see in the chart.
You can also filter by entity in the chart.
Use the scenario dropdown menu at the top right of the table to change the scenario you are looking at.
You have different tabs depending on the granularity of the analysis of the project (Yearly staffing plan, Quarterly staffing plan).
You have the possibility to download this staffing plan in an Excel sheet by clicking on the arrow in the top right corner.
