Depending on the case, after importing a new database, an entity may either remain in the Albert project, or be removed from it:

If the new imported file still contains people in a given entity, then it will remain in the project. All workforce and competency needs initially entered for this entity remain unchanged.
Example:
There was a geo entity "Paris" in the project in which there were 20 people. In the new imported file, there are still people in "Paris" (whatever the number). The "Paris" entity will therefore still appear in the project.
If, prior to importing the new file, there was no one in the entity in question:
- either workforce needs had been entered, in which case the entity will remain in the project. All workforce and competency needs initially entered for this entity remain unchanged.
  Example:
  No one was attached to the "Product marketing" job entity, but workforce needs for future years had been entered for this entity. The "Product marketing" business unit will therefore remain in the project.
- either no workforce needs had been entered, in which case the entity will be removed from the project.
  Example:
  No one was attached to the "Data analyst" job entity, and no workforce needs had been entered. In this case, the "Data analyst" job entity will be removed from the project.
