Preparing the skill framework for import
The skill framework can be imported to Albert in Excel format.
First, prepare the Excel file:
The first row should be filled with column headers
One column should contain the name of the skills.
You have the option of adding columns to describe the skills, clusters, and criteria. These columns are optional and can be added only if the features are activated in the project. They will be used to refine the structure.
Importing a skill framework into Albert
To import a skill framework for the first time:
Go to Workforce and framework > Skill framework
Click on Import a framework
If you need to update the skill framework with an import:
Go to Workforce and framework > Skill framework
Click on the button [+] then Import framework
Map the skill framework information
After clicking on Import framework, you will just have to:
Import the .xls file
Match the information (link the desired column in the file to the desired information)
Click on Confirm.
The skill framework is now created or updated in the project.
