Is it possible to delete employees' additional skills?
Whatever the reason (new exercise, new assessments, errors, etc.), it is entirely possible to delete the additional skills of the employees involved in the project.
This can be done as a mass action for all employees, or individually.
Delete additional skills en masse
To delete all individual skill levels with:
Go to Workforce & Framework > Workforce database
Click on the 3 small dots at the top right of the employee list
Click on Actions
Click on “Delete every individual additional skills"
Confirm in the confirmation window
Delete additional skills one by one
If you simply wish to delete the individual additional skills for a few employees, you can also do this individually.
Go to Workforce & Frameworks > Workforce database
Click on the line of the employee whose individual level you wish to reset
Click on “Edit” in the bottom right-hand corner of the employee file
Click on the red button to delete the skill for this individual
