Can the current levels for additional competencies be reset?
Whatever the reason (new exercise, new assessments, errors, etc.), it is entirely possible to reset the current levels for additional competencies of the employees involved in the project and replace them with a “?"
This can be done as a mass action for all employees, or individually.
Reset individual levels en masse
To replace all individual skill levels with “?" :
Go to Workforce & Framework > Workforce database
Click on the 3 small dots at the top right of the employee list
Click on Actions
Click on “Reset every individual additional competency to « ? »
Confirm in the confirmation window
Reset individual levels one by one
If you simply wish to reset the individual level of a few additional competency for a few employees, you can also do this individually.
Go to Workforce & Frameworks > Workforce database
Click on the line of the employee whose individual level you wish to reset
Click on “Edit” in the bottom right-hand corner of the employee file
Click on the current individual level of the additional competency to modify it or replace it with a “?"
