Add a competency manually
To manually create the competency framework:
go to Current workforce > Competency framework
click on Manually add a competency
Create the competency
In the window that opened, fill in the information of the skill you want to add:
Label (ie., name of the competency) - this info is mandatory
Description
Cluster
Criteria
Click on Add.
This will create the competency framework. You can continue to add competencies manually by clicking on the button [+] and Add competency.
