Add a skill manually
To manually create the skill framework:
go to Current workforce > Skill framework
click on Manually add a skill
Create the skill
In the window that opened, fill in the information of the skill you want to add:
Label (ie., name of the skill) - this info is mandatory
Description
Cluster (if the feature is activated)
Criteria (if the feature is activated)
Click on Add.
This will create the skill framework. You can continue to add skills manually by clicking on the button [+] and Add skill.
