Assess individual competencies

As an HR project member or Business project member, here's how to assess the competencies of your teams:

  1. Go to the Workforce database (Workforce & Frameworks > Workforce database)

  1. Click on the line of the employee you wish to evaluate

You can search for specific employees by filtering the database.

  1. When the employee card opens, click on the "Edit" button in the bottom right-hand corner.

  2. Different situations for assessing competencies:

  • If a competency has been determined as required in the employee's team, it will appear in the "Required competencies" category. You can modify the assessments made on these competencies by clicking on the level. Select the correct level from the drop-down menu. Some of these competencies have not yet been assessed and are marked with a"? In the same way, click on the "?" and select the correct level from the drop-down menu. Remember to save.

  • You can also add and evaluate additional competencies for your employees, i.e. skills that are not required.

To do this, in the "Additional competencies" category, click on the "+" button on the right (1). Use the drop-down menu with the list of project skills to choose the skill (2), set a level (3), then click on "Add skill" (4).
