What are the consequences when merging two entities?
When merging two entities, all the employees of the former entity to be merged will be reallocated to the second entity.
It will have consequences on the workforce database and on the business needs:
Workforce needs of both entities will be additioned - unless you want to only keep the workforce needs of the second entity
Starting points of both entities will be added - unless you want to only keep the starting points of the second entity
Only competency needs of the second entity will be kept.
