What is a skill driver

Skill drivers allow you to define different skill requirements based on specific business challenges, strategic priorities, or future assumptions.

They are particularly useful when several business scenarios are being considered and each scenario requires different skill sets or proficiency levels.

You can also have only one skill driver if you only need to apply the skills framework of your organization without creating different scenarios implying different skill needs.

Each skill driver contains the target proficiency levels expected for the various skills and can be associated with one or more business scenarios within Albert.
