What information can I find in the detailed upskilling plan?

The detailed upskilling plan exists for each skill in the project. In this detailed plan, the employees impacted by a selected skill are broken down according to their current level and the gap to be closed before the end of the exercise.

Above the chart in the dropdown menus, you can change the skill to focus on, and the perimeter (job, geo, orga).

In the example (see image), we are focusing on the skill "Adaptability" in the perimeter Marketing & Sales, Germany, Entire group.

In this perimeter, the skill affects 359 headcount in total:

  • Some of them are in the dark purple area of the chart. It means that for them, the skill must be introduced. Their current level is 0 and they must reach a certain level by the end of the exercice.

Example: 14 persons currently have a level 0 and must go up +2 levels by the end of 2025.

  • Some of them are in a lighter purple area of the chart. It means that for them, the skill must be strenghtened. They need to improve their skill level.

Example: 56 persons currently have a level 2 and must go up +2 levels , that means reach a level 4 by the end of 2025.

  • Some of them are in the even lighter purple area of the chart. It means that for them, the skill must be preserved. They must keep their current skill level over time.

Example: 45 persons have a current level of 4 and must keep this level over time.

  • Some of them are in the white area of the chart, at the bottom. It means that these people already exceeded the targeted level that has been set for the end of the exercice.

Example: 7 persons exceed their targeted level by one level.

Click on the three dots at the top right of the chart to:

  • Export the chart as PNG

  • Choose if you want the numbers to appear in value or in Percentage (or both)

Distribution and list of employees

Below the chart, you also have access to the distribution by job, geo and orga, and the detailed list of all employees impacted by this skill.

If you click on one or more boxes in the chart, the distributions and the employees list will adjust.
