How to read the overall upskilling plan chart ?

To see the Upskilling plan, go to Action Plan > Overall upskilling plan.

The Upskilling plan enables you to work on your action plan regarding the competencies that are impacting the current population.

The chart displays:

  • On the x-axis, the current number of employees (or FTEs) impacted by the selected competencies

  • On the y-axis, the average gap between their forecasted level and their targeted level

The higher the competency on the chart, the larger the average competency gap.

The further to the right on the chart the skill is, the higher the number of people rated at the start of the project.

The colors of the dot indicates the size of the average competency gap; the color scale ranges from yellow (small gap) to purple (large gap).

Click on the three dots at the top right of the chart to:

  • Change the display level: Competencies or Clusters (if you have clusters in the competency framework)

  • Change the max number of competencies to display

  • Filter by criteria (if you have criteria in the competency framework)
