


How to read the overall upskilling plan chart ?
To see the Upskilling plan, go to Action Plan > Overall upskilling plan.
The Upskilling plan enables you to work on your action plan regarding the skills that are impacting the current population.
The chart displays:
On the x-axis, the current number of employees (or FTEs) impacted by the selected skills
On the y-axis, the average gap between their forecasted level and their targeted level
The higher the skill on the chart, the larger the average skill gap.
The further to the right on the chart the skill is, the higher the number of people rated at the start of the project.
The colors of the dot indicates the size of the average skill gap; the color scale ranges from yellow (small gap) to purple (large gap).
Click on the three dots at the top right of the chart to:
Export the chart as PNG
Change the display level: Skills or Clusters (if you have clusters in the skill framework)
Change the max number of skills to display
Filter by criteria (if you have criteria in the skill framework)
Change the ranking method
At the top of the page, use the dropdown menus to choose the perimeter you want to focus on as well as the scenario, and even change the projection date.

How to read the overall upskilling plan table?
Below the chart, the comprehensive skill list summarizes the info for each skill.
This table shows the clusters and criteria (if you have any) for each each skill, the gap between the forecasted and targeted levels, and the current impacted population.
Use the search bar at the top of the table to look for a skill.
You can filter the skills by cluster, criteria, forecasted level, targeted level, skill gap, rated population. You can sort the skills by targeted level and skill gap.
