The Workforce gap summary is a tool that displays the workforce needs and gaps at any layer of the organization in one synthetitizing table.

Choose to display the perimeter you want (any job, geo, orga level)
If you need to display the parent level, use the "eye" button next to one of the segmentation dropdown and choose which level you wan to see in the table (image 1)
If you want to filter and see specific entities in the table, click on the arrow in the desired colum and filter or search for an entity (image 2)
