What is the Year-to-year analysis?

The year-to-year analysis is a tool that enables you to see in tables the workforce needs, for each year, the cumulated workforce gaps for each year and the gap breakdown for each year.

Workforce needs table

The first tab is the Workforce needs table that lists the needs year by year (+ each quarter or month according to the granularity of the project).

You can:

  • Choose to display the perimeter you want (any job, geo, orga level) and filter among the different segments

  • Choose to display this table for any scenario

  • Sort the table using the arrows on each column

Cumulated workforce gap table

The second tab is the Cumulated workforce gap table that lists the gaps year by year (+ each quarter or month according to the project settings).

You can:

  • Choose to display the perimeter you want (any job, geo, orga level) and filter among the different segments

  • Choose to display this table for any scenario

  • Sort the table using the arrows on each column

Gap breakdown table (year, quarter, month)

The last tabs are Gap breakdown tables (yearly / quarterly / monthly) that list the remaining gaps to be closed each year (+ each quarter or month according to the project settings) without considering any staffing action.

You can:

  • Choose to display the perimeter you want (any job, geo, orga level) and filter among the different segments

  • Choose to display this table for any scenario

  • Sort the table using the arrows on each column
