Workforce drivers: How do you enter driver impacts when the project is in HC and FTE?

When creating a project with both HC and FTE using the workforce drivers, by default:

• the option to correlate impact in FTE with impact in HC is activated for each driver rule

• The HC mode will govern the FTE mode (you only need to assess the impacts in the HC mode)

• The same +/- variation will be applied in both mode (+2 HC means +2 FTEs)

To change these settings, go to Project settings > General settings and scroll down to the Workforce needs section.
