



How to add clusters or criterias in the competency framework
If you wish to add clusters or criterias of competencies, you first need to add a column Cluster and/or a column Criteria in the framework that you import.
Reallocate competencies among clusters and criteria
Once you have clusters and criterias in the framework, you can reallocate competencies among the clusters and criterias
Manually by modifying the competencies information
With a new import (the new file must only contain the new clusters and criterias)

Modify and delete clusters and criteria
You also can
Edit and delete clusters and criteria in the Clusters and Criteria tabs
Add others that can be used later in the Clusters tab or in the Criteria tab
To do this, go to the Clusters or Criteria tab and click:
On the "Edit" button on the cluster or criterion in question to modify or delete it
On the [+] button at the top left to add new clusters or criteria. Add others that can be used later in the Clusters tab or in the Criteria tab

Archive clusters
You have the possibility to archive an entire competency cluster with its competencies.
To do so, in the competency framework:
Click on the Archive button next to the cluster in question
When the confirmation window opens, click on OK
This action will archive all the competencies within the cluster.
