How to edit the workforce database?

There are two ways to edit a workforce database:

Either by doing it manually.
Modifications can be done at employee level, to change a piece of information about an existing employee, remove them from the database or add an employee.
Or by updating it with a new upload.
Uploading an updated database is useful to make changes on an important number of headcount (change employee information, add or remove headcount from the workforce database) or to make changes on entities of the segmentation dimensions (add or remove entities in segmentation dimensions).

According to your role on the project, you may or may not be able to upload an updated database.
