Your organization's competency framework may have evolved and some competencies have changed. To show these evolutions on Albert, several actions enable to modify the competency framework. These actions can be done at any time during the project to keep the framework up to date.

Modify the information of a competency (Name, description, cluster, associated criteria)
Delete a competency from the framework
Add new competencies to the framework
Reallocate competencies within clusters : via an import or manually
